Meet Our President, Joseph Licata IV
With over two decades of experience as a real estate developer, and 10 years as a real estate broker, Joe’s love of home development and unwavering commitment to a positive client experience have helped establish Casa Bella Development as one of Houston’s premier custom-home builders. Joe is well respected in the real estate community because of his dynamic work ethic and his meticulous attention to detail in building magnificent homes.
As the Founder and President of Casa Bella Development, Joe brings extensive experience in both real estate development and real estate brokerage within the greater Houston area. Joe specializes in choosing prime site locations, expert negotiation skills, a strong proficiency in developing home designs, and navigating the permit and development process with city officials and government offices.
Joe cultivated a passion for home development at a young age, in large part because of the insights gained from working with his grandfather Joseph Licata II, who was a commercial and residential property developer, and his grandfather Robert Vergara, who was a builder. He learned firsthand the importance of strong communication, choosing quality materials, pursuing the best in artisan craftsmanship, collaborating with the best contractor and building crews, and being involved in all aspects of home development.
A long-time Houstonian, Joe attended Bellaire High School and the University of Houston before founding Casa Bella Development in 2002. Joe is married to his beautiful wife Chaveli, and is the father of two children, Joseph V (4 years old) and Mariella (10 months old).
